Super staff, tidy and luxury hotel. I got free upgrade and loved it. The location was beautiful, adjacent to restaurants, the best beaches, Tenerife. Good reception. Moreover, there was private parking available for gbp 10 per day.

Impressive place, sweet staff, marvellous views. Location was isolated as it was in front of a bus stop. Also, it was relatively near Playa el Pinque. Early check-in and impeccable service.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other handicap accessible hotels. I liked hard-working staff and unique interior. Really nice building, spotless and separate bedroom. Meals in a tapas restaurant were fantastic.

There is nothing better than Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. The furniture is comfortable. Moreover, we had no problems with free Wi Fi. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Montauk Steakhouse that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
The street was usually noisy.
